This website is operated by Salpido, a brand of Nobel IT Distribution Sdn Bhd (201101032171 / 0960306M). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Salpido. Salpido offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referred to here or available by hyperlink, such as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Warranty Policy. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the website or use our services.
Any new features or tools we add to the store are also subject to these terms. We may update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting the changes on this page, and it is your responsibility to check it from time to time. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We try to show the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours accurately.

We may refuse any order you place with us. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. This can apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may try to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number you gave us when you ordered.
We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, unless they are part of an approved Salpido partnership.
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at our store, and to update it promptly, including your email address and card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We are not liable for anything arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
You use these tools entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with and approve of the terms set by the relevant third-party provider. We have no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on our site or service, including pricing, except as required by law. No update or refresh date shown on the site means that all information has been updated.

To the extent permitted by law, Salpido and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any product bought through it, or from any other claim related to your use of the service or any product, even if we were told of the possibility.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where the law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Salpido and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or the documents they refer to, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as removed. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Rights and obligations that arose before the termination date continue to apply after termination.
These terms remain in effect until you or we end them. You can end them at any time by telling us you no longer wish to use our services, or by ceasing to use our site.
If we believe, in our judgement, that you have failed or may have failed to comply with any part of these terms, we may end this agreement at any time without notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may also deny you access to our services or any part of them.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a right or provision of these terms, that does not mean we have given it up.
These terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the service. They replace any earlier agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, including earlier versions of these terms. Any ambiguity in these terms will not be interpreted against the party that drafted them.

We may update, change or replace any part of these terms by posting the changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website from time to time. If you keep using our website or service after changes are posted, you accept those changes.
SECTION 20 - PARTNER (B2B) ACCOUNTS
Becoming a partner. You can find more information about becoming a partner at https://salpido.com/pages/partner-signup and register at https://salpido.com/pages/partner-registration. Once you submit your application, our team will review it within 3 to 5 business days. Approved partners receive a confirmation email with login access to view partner prices. If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact us at https://salpido.com/pages/contact.
Payment terms. Partners who have payment terms can place orders online without immediate payment. When a payment falls due, we will send you a payment reminder, and you can click through to pay the overdue orders. At this time, payment can only be made for one order at a time. Paying for multiple orders in a single payment is not supported yet.
Prompt payment. Payments must be made promptly. Late payment may lead to your account being blocked and finance charges being applied to the overdue order.
Staff accounts. You can assign multiple staff members with ordering-only permission. Ask each staff member to register their email with a one-time password (OTP) at https://account.salpido.com/, then let us know so that we can add them to your account.
Shipping. At this time, we only ship to your registered business address. If you must ship to another location, for example an event, please discuss it with us first. We can arrange this for that specific case only.
Store credit. If you have store credit from a refund or rewards, you can use it to reduce your payment when an order falls due. Your store credit history and summary are shown on your account page.
Refunds, exchanges and warranty. The refund, exchange and warranty claim processes and policies for partners are the same as for all other customers. Please see our Refund & Warranty Policy (https://salpido.com/policies/refund-policy).
