Domestic Shipping (Malaysia Only)

Coverage

We currently offer online store shipping within Malaysia only.

Please note that power banks are shipped within West Malaysia only due to airline and courier safety regulations.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping — for orders above RM500 (within Malaysia).

  • West Malaysia: RM15 flat rate for orders below RM500.

  • East Malaysia: RM50 flat rate for orders below RM500.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • East Malaysia: 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and public holidays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

 

International Shipping (Dealers, Retailers & Partners)

Shipping Restrictions

  • Power banks cannot be shipped to East Malaysia or international addresses due to security and airline transport regulations.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted military areas.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Customs or clearance delays (for international orders)

Lost or Damaged Packages
