Refund & Warranty Policy

 

Seven (7) Days Satisfactory Guarantee Policy
Only Applicable if the products is purchased from WWW.SALPIDO.COM

Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us within 7 days from the date of received otherwise. We do not want you to have anything purchased from Salpido that is not completely satisfactory.

Our guarantee is based on something as simple as the deal that you’ll be satisfied with a purchase, and if you are not, we’ll make it right. We guarantee that we’ll hold up our end of the bargain. It’s just how we do business. If your purchase isn’t completely satisfactory, we’re happy to accept your exchange or return within 7 days from the date of received.

*Special Considerations:
We hope you understand that we make the following special considerations when processing a return or exchange:

  • For the safety of our employees, we can’t accept items that have been contaminated.
  • To help us protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, if you do not have a valid receipt, we can’t accept items for return or exchange in our stores.
  • To help us for the return process, you must return all items of the original purchase, meaning the original box and all of its content (relevant accessories, charger, user guide, etc.), in complete and original condition.
  • The 7 days satisfactory guarantee will become void if the physical surface of the product found dented or scratched.
  • All product refunds are subjected to courier charges prior debited in to your account.

Please allow us to have 14 business days after receiving in our warehouse for your Satisfactory Refund to be processed.

Limited Warranty Statement

This Limited warranty shall apply to Salpido E-Store and Salpido Speaker products, for product and accessory under normal usage and at the discretion of the company, Salpido shall provide free of charge repair and/ or replacement within the warranty period.

Products warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
If the damage on your equipment has been caused by accident, hazard, flood, voltage fluctuation, faulty installation, act of God, misuse, negligence, corrosion, rusts or stain or causes other than ordinary use;

or

If your equipment is modified or tampered with or repaired by any person other than Salpido technician or if the original identification marks have been removed from the product; or If the warranty card is altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.

 

90 Days On-site Service

Only Applicable if the products is purchased from WWW.SALPIDO.COM

We offer Ninety (90) Days On-site Service for selected products, which mean we will dispatch our courier to pick up the faulty unit back to our repair center, once the repair process done, we will send back the repaired or replacement unit to your location, the service will valid for 90 days from the date of receiving of the product.

You will find the "90 Days Onsite Warranty" option when you create the support ticket, please complete the form then wait for our customer service to contact and assist you for the return process (we will contact you within 24 business hours).

Warranty Return

Salpido offer 12 months return to base warranty for our product, You will find the "Normal Warranty" option when you create the support ticket, please complete the form then wait for our customer service to contact and assist you for the warranty process (we will contact you within 24 business hours).

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:
