Delivery Policy

 

Delivery Time

Your order will be delivered between 09:00- 18:00 on business days. There will be no delivery available on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery Estimates

Salpido makes every effort to deliver your order within 3-6 max working days (excludes weekends and public holiday) in West Malaysia, and within 5-8 max working days in East Malaysia, once the package is shipped out of the warehouse. Salpido is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. Should these situations arise we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the earliest estimated delivery date.

 

Upon Received of the Parcel

All Salpido packages are in perfect condition and sealed at the Warehouse before they are shipped to you. Please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If you are concerned about the condition of the package, please do not sign to accept the delivery. Simply hand it back to the courier and we will replace the items for you. Please note that it will take a few days for us to arrange a redelivery. If the product in the box is damaged or missing when you open the package, please contact Salpido Hotline at 03-9102 6300/03-9102 6301 to get further assistance.

 

Wrong Delivery Address or Wrong Parcel Received

Once the order has been shipped, we don’t allow changing of the delivery address. You may contact our delivery partners for package self-collection. In the case of an order has been delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email. Our delivery agents will hold the package for 7 days, and you may contact Salpido or the delivery agents to arrange for a redelivery. If you do not contact us within 7 days, the package will be returned to Salpido and we will refund to your account with store credit.

In the event of the parcel received by someone else, please contact our delivery agents or Salpido Customer Support to get further assistance.
